Seattle sisters Susan Givens and Carol Mack created a product line of lunch bags and small backpacks specifically for pre-school and early elementary school children, and named the brand Dabbawalla, after the Indian term for the unique lunch box delivery men Susan noticed on her travels to India. Parents won’t find licensed cartoon characters or action figures on these machine washable bags–just simple, colorful designs that kids of all ages can relate to.
