A food skills class involving nutrition, budget friendly shopping, and preparation of tasty meals. Participants will practice the skills to determine their own healthy lifestyle in the kitchen! Class includes an optional Virtual Cooking class where participants and instructors will cook together from their own kitchens.

- Each week participants receive weekly groceries to prepare recipes at home.
- To graduate, attend 4 out of 6 classes. Graduates receive a Cooking Matters book + cooking gadgets goody bag
