Vancouver Parks & Recreation’s Food & Fun provides free creative activities for children ages 6-11 to help them stay engaged in learning over the summer. The take-home activity kits include a USDA lunch to support students’ health and wellness while they are not receiving school meals over the summer.

Lunch is served Monday through Friday. Activity kits are available every Tuesday on a first come, first served basis. The kits are designed for ages 6-11 and feature hands-on crafts, experiments and projects to spark creativity over the summer. They are available to kids ages 18 and under.

Food & Fun sites are set up to support physical distancing and ensure safe distribution of food and activities. Some park features, including playgrounds, are not available during the program due to COVID-19 response.

Children and teens 18 and under are welcome to receive a meal. No paperwork is required, and no personal information is collected. PLEASE NOTE: Children/teens must be present to receive a meal.
