Spruce the Couve: City of Vancouver, Parks Foundation of Clark County and Vancouver’s Downtown Association are partnering to plant summer flowers at Propstra Square and spruce up around the downtown core as well as Uptown Village.
Volunteers are asked to bring water bottles, face mask, gloves, kneeling pads, trowels or other hand tools for the cleanup. Volunteers should dress for the weather and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
