Welcome to the PDDBM Pre-Kwanzaa Celebration! Join us for a fun-filled event at the Clark County Fairgrounds in Ridgefield, WA, USA from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. The Kwanzaa Celebration is FREE, but everyone must have a paid ticket to attend the Kwanzaa Karamu. A Kwanzaa Karamu is a communal feast that is usually celebrated at the end of Kwanzaa.
