Reflection Race in Washougal

CHECK OUT OUR SECOND ANNUAL 12 MILE RUCK RACE THAT WE ADDED TO THIS EVENT.  WANT TO ADD AN EXTRA ELEMENT TO YOUR RUN?

The 11th Annual Reflection Run will honor the brave men and women who have or are currently serving in our Armed Forces and remember those who have given the ultimate sacrifice fighting for our freedom. The Half Marathon, 12 Mile Ruck Challenge, 10K & 5K running and walking courses will travel along the mighty Columbia River with views of Mt. Hood and the Gorge. The routes will be lined with local Hero Posters of those who have given the ultimate sacrifice and the event will benefit various Northwest Battle Buddies & various Military Organizations and Non-profits.

Veterans and those actively serving race Reflection Run for FREE. It’s our way of thanking you for your service. Email registration@whyracingevents.com with your Military service details and we will send you a comp code so you can register.

What is the 12 Mile Ruck Challenge? Add momentum to your ordinary race with this special event.  The specific  requirements include: run/walk with a 35 lb pack weight minimum or 40 lb vest, run a similar course to the half-marathon and weigh in at check in and at finish.  Go Ruck!

After your run or walk on the beautiful Washougal trail, we will enjoy food and drink and share race stories and meet Veterans or those currently serving in the Armed Forces so we can personally thank them for their service.

Reflection Run is always scheduled the Sunday before Memorial Day weekend so bring your kids so they can learn what the holiday is all about!
