Celebrating the opening of Ridgefield’s new library at 210 N Main Avenue! You’re invited to this outdoor ribbon cutting and celebration for all ages. We’ll kick off the festivities with a flag ceremony, then hear from local elected leaders and library officials, and enjoy music from Fort Vancouver Pipe Band. There will be activities for kids throughout the event, including a passport activity through downtown Ridgefield, an art bar, a balloon artist, and strolling performers. Ridgefield Lions will serve hot dogs to the first 150 people at noon.
Library events and programs are open to the public and provided at no cost. Special accommodations may be requested using our Accommodation Request Form no later than 15 days prior to the event.
