This is an IN-PERSON EVENT hosted at Craft Collective in Vancouver, WA, taught by Becka of Radiant Beans.
Skill Level:
Beginner friendly. No experience is required, though basic crochet familiarity may be helpful.
Class Description:
Learn the art of crochet and create your very own modern granny square! These colorful little squares are a timeless crochet staple and can be turned into everything from blankets and bags to clothing and home décor. In this two-hour class, you’ll learn foundational crochet skills including how to chain, double crochet, work in the round, change colors, and fasten off. You’ll also leave with ideas and inspiration for turning your granny squares into larger future projects.
Materials:
All materials are included. Each guest will receive two skeins of worsted yarn and a 5 mm soft touch crochet hook to use during class and take home afterward.
